Guiao made the announcement before the start of the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup quarterfinals.
Veterans Jayson Castro, Japeth Aguilar, Junemar Fajardo and Gabe Norwood headline the initial roster, along with Paul Lee, LA Tenorio and Greg Slaughter.
Scottie Thompson, Troy Rosario, Alex Cabagnot, Matthew Wright, Marcio Lassiter, Arwind Santos, Beau Belga, JP Erram and Ian Sangalang were also named to the lineup.
The roster likewise featured fresh faces as Guiao included Ricci Rivero of the University of the Philippines and Kai Sotto of the Ateneo Blue Eaglets.
Stanley Pringle and Christian Standhardinger round up the initial list, but Guiao said only one of them will make the cut as the squad's naturalized player.
"Hindi pa (it's not yet) final but with the lineup, we have to choose between Christian Standhardinger and Stanley Pringle," Guiao said.
He also addressed mainstay Andray Blatche's exclusion from the pool.
"We appreciate what he has done for us previously," Guiao said. "It was really a hard decision on our part but we took into consideration the chemistry that has been built up from the Asian games until the 4th window," he added.
