After a successful first foray in Philippine volleyball during the 2017 Philippine Superliga Grand Prix, Chooks-to-Go will once again be the name partner of the league for the 2018 edition of the Grand Prix.
“The 2017 Grand Prix was a resounding success as it not only connected our brand to a new audience but also captivated the audience,” reflected Bounty Agro Ventures Incorporated President Ronald Mascariñas.
“The journey of the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers was very inspiring. From the heroics of Cha Cruz to the selflessness of MJ Perez, a new generation of volleyball players will look back from that moment and say that they were inspired to play volleyball because of it,” the sports patron added.
F2 Logistics outlasted the Petron Blaze Spikers in three tough games to win the Chooks-to-Go/PSL Grand Prix.
Besides the 2017 edition of the import-laden conference having the most number of teams in the PSL with nine, the league also celebrated a milestone during that season as it made its debut in the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
With his company’s help, Mascariñas is hoping to at least equal the number of milestones this time around.
“It will be hard to top the 2017 Grand Prix,” the founder of Chooks-to-Go shared. “But with the vision of Tats Suzara, we are hoping for another fruitful outing this time around.
“To all our players and coaches, good luck! Always bring your puso to every game,” one of the patrons of Gilas Pilipinas added.
The 2018 PSL Grand Prix will raise its curtains on February 17.
